I'm stubborn, but can also be pretty charming. I don't take criticism very well. Sometime I tend to be a control freak, but I'm working on that. I love the ocean almost as much as I love learning and getting my monthly pedicure.. or maybe more, it's a toss up. I don't ever want to grow up, but if I have to I think I'll adopt children. I paint even though I don't think I'm very good at it. I kayak. I like going to museums and reading good books; I'm also a feminist and activist. I believe in social justice and loyalty. A few years back I hiked the Appalachian Trail through Pennsylvania and New Jersey; I also canoed the Deleware Water Gap. I'd like to do more of that someday, except avoid Pennsylvania - there are too many rocks. If you can make me laugh or make me think, you're in for life. I'm outstanding at keeping in touch with people.. and was even before all those social networking/stalking websites popped up. I love to have my hair played with and I can touch my tongue to my nose. My nipples get hard when I sneeze; up until my freshman year of college I thought this happened to everyone. People watching is my favorite past time. I'm a really good cook; if I like you I'll make you anything you want (unless it involves bacon, sorry). If you know me really well, you'd know I'm pretty hilarious. I believe that Sundays are meant for reading the Boston Globe, napping, watching football (I don't care what season it is), spooning, and watching 60 Minutes. I work at a homeless shelter; I also wait tables and sit on babies. I'm inspired by people's stories... so tell me yours, please. I'm in love with the Red Sox, as well as Jerry Remy - in a non-romantic sort of a way, of course. I'm saving up my money to buy an around-the-world plane ticket (Thailand and South Africa are on the top of the priority list).
